This company assembled cars of the makes Hudson and Federal, according to one source.

(In "The Complete Encyclopedia of Motorcars" publ in 1970 nothing is mentioned about any Federal cars built around the 1930s, but some built in the U.S.A. before 1910. But, that large book isn't completely complete either.)
