Year and place: 1996-98, Göteborg
In late October 2003 I got this information from the present owner of the Clover 7:
The Clover was built by Hans Enzinger, Göteborg. It was built after a series of 7 Seven-cars that all were built by constructors on Volvo (but not all of them got Volvoengines). The Clover was probably built after the others.
Clover has a Zuzuki Swift 1,3 litre GTI engine with turbo that gives it around 170-200 hp. It has a Mazda 323 gearbox, rear axle from Ford Cortina GT, and Triumph spindles, drums in the rear and disks in the front.
As he understands it, the car was built mostly 1996-98, and has been used for racing in Roadsport A one season.
The cars name comes from that Enzinger mostly worked with Alfa Romeos - the Clover had a four-leaf clover as emblem.

The following photos were taken after a 'cosmetic renovation' during the previous winter, when the car got other chairs, grill etcetera.

Photos from Magnus Sollenberg, who also told me that Scania in Södertälje regularly builds Seven-cars as part of their internal education. (Wonder if any of them have got a Scania engine...? Would be nice, in a way, wouldn't it? Haven't Chrysler Viper a modified truck engine?)
