The 3 series was introduced in 1988, with models 93, 113 and 143. As for the 2 series, the modules could be combined in numerous ways. The top model was R143ML4x2, with a 470hp 14 litre engine with turbo, intercooler and EDC (source from 1992). It was replaced by the 4 series in late 1995.
93M
Scania 93

A 1992 G93ML in a hurry, hopefully just to a false alarm.

Another fire brigade 93, equipped to easily change cargo platform (like containers with special resque equipment)

93H for long cargo. How can the driver get out?

This 93 has my favourite advertisement picture - archipelago islands forming the eternity symbol (which is the logo for the company owning the truck).

A doubledecker 93M truck.

Anonymous, but in the 3 series

P93

2 Scania and 2 Saab (and 1 Volvo trying to hide).

113H
113M, equipped for cold freight.
113H with small 'middle-wheels'.

An 113 with a truck-load.
This 113 was ready for use in Narvik summer 2004.

This 113 brought containers to ships in Ushuaia in 2006. (Photos taken with a video, that may have had a wide-angle lens.)
Another one.

Scania 143H

143M at work in Trondheim, Norway.
143M from Finland visiting Trondheim.

143M wrecking truck, used by 'Svempas' in Stockholm, Sweden. This truck has the second axle as support axle.
143H 1991
143H in an angle I sometimes see trucks.
93M and 143 in Torshavn, Færøyene (the Faroe Islands), seen from a bus in May 2007.
On Heimaey, Iceland, I saw this 93M.
Even though I have several photos of Scania 93s, it happens that I take more. Like this street cleaner, a 93M from 1996.

93M (1994) and 93 (1989), one of them built for use in a bit rougher terrain. I saw them in early 2008.

This 1991 Scania P93HL has some connection to a Scania 112H, maybe via the owner.
There are some Scania trucks with large cabs, too.
