During 1952-65 3.577 B637/63506 anb B638/63508 buses were built, with wheelbases 550 resp 600cm long.

I was fortunate to be a passenger when this bus participated in "Tunga Rallyt" ("The Heavyweight Rally") in mid september 1999. Thank you!

At a control stop the bus was parked in solitude, so I got some nice photos.

Like back in the mid 50s...

Guess the 40 passenger bus, with coach from "Svenska Karosseriverkstäderna" i Katrineholm, was used for tourist traffic - since it has doors on both sides. (Sweden had left hand traffic until September 1969.)

After a while the bus was driven on again. And I hope it will be driven safely for many more years.

At the Gammelvala week in 2003 I saw the bus again. The owner had repainted the wheelsides, and changed the lights above the front windows. (Or, was it another bus?)

This B63508, 1962, became musical and went on tours with Wijkmanska Blecket.
