The windshield have hinges on the top section, so it can be opened to get more ventilation. (Sunny day and a film I'm not used to. Sorry.)

This beautiful car is unfortunately not completely original. The cars second owner used it as a taxi, from 1911 to about 1921. In 1913 it was taken to the Scania-Vabis factory to be modified, among others a new engine was put in. While the car was at the factory a large fire started, and the unique body was so badly burnt that it couldn't be repaired. Instead it got an open phaeton-body.
The next owner used the car till 1926, and began renovation. In 1984 it was bought from that mans son, and now the car was spread in some 20 cases. He managed to find another swedish-made body from the time. This was built for a Horch car, but was not used for that car. Instead it was put away, and in the 20s 'rebuilt' to a playhouse for children. But it could be used as a model.
