Volvo TL22 / L2204 - photos / Konditori 100

The TL22 could take 10 passengers, and had a top speed of 100 km/h. The Swedish Army bought 857 of them, and they were in service 1954-1992. A special task for the last ones in service was to act as training vehicle for tank drivers, since they had an elder model gearbox without synchronization like some tanks had.

In Sweden we have a saying, that in english is about 'Loved child has many names'. This is named/called a 912, and a L2204, and a TL22, and sometimes a TL2204. Maybe somebody can help me get this clear?

What a difference a cab make...

This is probably the last Ltgb 912 that was in service in the Swedish Army.
