I was told this was a CF110 from 1968, but it is probably a BF (otherwise a B).
The 110-buses came to the market in 1968, as complete Scania buses CR110 and chassis B110 and BF110. (The CR76 buses was renamed CR110 in 1968.)

In 2007 I met this CF110 at the tram museum in Norrköping.
The 12.5 metres long bus, built in 1968, can carry 74 passengers. A towing hook is not so usual on todays city buses.
